Poem: Kitty Everywhere

Kitty in a basket
In a box, and on a purse
Kitty on the keyboard
Walks and writes another verse

Kitty tiptoes on my front
And walks along my back
I think I spot a kitty's tail
Behind the grocery sack

Kitty bounds up to the counter
Then hops up higher still
She nearly bumps the ceiling
Drops down to the window sill

Kitty jumps up on the couch
From the woven rug
Done exploring, time for bed
This kitty needs a hug

For Maizey
