Self-love is the foundation of all love. It’s the step we can’t skip or delegate to someone else. We have to figure out how to lift ourselves up. Once we do, we can meet the day with pure enthusiam.
I’ve been making fresh juices a few times a week. Self-love in a glass, and it helps me greet the day with zest!
