Poem: Swimming in Tears

2013-11-29 Glenwood Springs Pool (27)
Hot springs minerals
Mix with my salty tears
First stinging my eyes
Then holding me up
Each drop
Soaking in
Each drop
A tiny buoy
Each drop
A memory of you
Swimming in tears
Swimming in tears
Mostly, tears of joy

About the poem:
The amazing Glenwood Hot Springs Pool is a place rich in family memories, but especially strong are those of the one that recently died. This special healing place (since 1888) did not disappoint us today.

    I really enjoyed it.
I want to try it again.
